SKS Group selected FineForm to perform formwork and concrete works for their first Hotel & Residence in Cockburn Central.
The Cockburn Central Project is a 13 Level mixed-use development comprising of hotel, apartments and retail space. 170 Hotel rooms, retail space of 210sqm with the building located at 28 Signal Terrace and adjacent top the Cockburn Central station.
Fineform works commenced in April of 2024 and are due to be complete late 2025.
