Joe grew up in the construction industry. Learning concrete and formwork from an early age led to Joe’s focus for his career.
In the early 2000s he worked in London as a quantity surveyor, before returning to Perth as a concreter and form worker, then starting FineForm in 2007 with Dom Marciano.
He is the sole owner and director of FineForm, assisted by a highly skilled team of project managers, site supervisors and office staff.
Under Joe’s leadership FineForm has grown year on year and now employs 120 people, working throughout the Perth metro area and regional WA completing the highest quality structural finishes.
Joining FineForm in early 2022, Nathan brings a quarter century of experience in the construction industry working across South Africa, the UK and Australia.
Nathan is a qualified Civil Engineer, graduating from Port Elizabeth Technicon with a degree and diploma in 2001.
He specialises in large commercial and residential construction, having held numerous director roles at companies including The Carey Group and Joseph Gallagher.
Brandon joined FineForm in late 2016 as Accounts Manager. Since then he has worked in multiple capacities and furthered his knowledge of the construction industry, progressing to the role of CFO.
In 2017, Brandon received his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing and Finance from Curtin University. He has a deep understanding of FineForm’s operations and holds extensive experience within the Company, including site management.
He believes strategies that focus on exemplary service delivery, sustainable growth and prudent financial management are key to ensuring the long-term performance of the Company.
Barry joined FineForm in September 2009 as a labourer after moving to Australia from his native Ireland and has since worked across a range of roles including Yard Supervisor, Site Supervisor and more recently Operations Manager.
In his new role Barry oversees yard operations (including plant management), facilitates all sites in mobilisation, labour management (including training and development) and facilitates company development in Quality, Health and Safety.
Barry has grown with the business through tough and good times and has always strived to improve himself, his colleagues and the business.
Outside of work Barry is a mad Liverpool FC supporter and loves exercise. He and partner Cathy are particularly fond of their two fur babies Eddie and Winnie
