ESG objectives

FineForm aims to assist clients and the industry more broadly meet ESG objectives, as well as promoting better ESG outcomes across our own business.

We use concrete suppliers employing industry leading cradle-to-gate environmental practices covering raw material supply, transportation, manufacturing, demolition, waste processing, disposal and resource recovery.

On-site wet concrete mixing is a last resort, with the majority of material preparation occurring offsite through pre-cast concrete solutions, which introduces efficiencies into work flow and minimises our transportation footprint. Prefabrication of form work and shuttering offsite is also favoured where appropriate.

Steel, timber and ply products used in our work is sourced exclusively from Greenstar-accredited suppliers, helping meet the highest standard of Greenstar ratings.

From a lifecycle perspective, FineForm actively segregates waste on site to maximise material recycling and reuse opportunities.

We work with clients to implement cement replacement alternatives to meet specific building Greenstar requirements and outcomes. In many cases these alternative products are proven to achieve performance benefits with little to no additional cost.

Community and industry

FineForm is active in the community space, sponsoring local sporting clubs and teams.

We support the North Coast Rugby Union Club (North Coast Sharks), helping them achieve their goal of “growing the game”.

We are actively delivering a local school sidewalk program, donating minor upgrades to student thoroughfares and improvements to ageing concrete infrastructure to ensure students and teachers can enjoy a safe learning environment.

Recently FineForm collaborated with Curtin University to trial manufacture and testing of vehicle crash barriers, customised through casting of fibre-infused concrete.

We are a proud and active member of the Master Builders Association WA, which provides industry advocacy as well as training, professional services and events.
