Crown Perth appointed FineForm for formwork and concrete services in constructing their resort’s new multi-storey car park, which offers 1,500 parking spaces across six levels, including an open rooftop deck. A pedestrian bridge on the third level connects directly to the resort, enhancing accessibility.
Designed for convenience and efficiency, the car park features a flat floor layout with one-way speed ramps for easy navigation between levels. Its 17m x 7.8m grid minimises column placement, enabling long stretches of column-free parking and effortless manoeuvrability into and out of bays.
The innovative spiral ramp design permits direct floor-to-floor access upon entry and a seamless descent upon exit, segregating incoming and outgoing traffic for a safer and more pleasant parking experience.
