PACT
Victoria House in Shenton Park, situated at the core of Montario Quarter’s village precinct, saw FineForm providing concreting and formwork services to PACT for a project that blended the heritage-listed Victoria House with newly constructed one, two, and three-bedroom residences across three boutique buildings. This development uniquely merged heritage elements with contemporary architecture, creating a distinctive living space for both residents and the local community.
Originally constructed in 1938, the heritage building was reimagined to accommodate retail, hospitality, and commercial spaces with a local emphasis. The modern residences, developed behind this historic structure, offer views over the surrounding parklands, making this project a special contribution to the area’s architectural and community fabric.
