In January 2017, FineForm provided formwork and concrete services to assist Georgiou in constructing the Edgewater Station Multi-storey Carpark. Commissioned by the Public Transport Authority, this addition of a ground plus two-level car park expanded the station’s parking availability to roughly 1,450 spaces.
The design prioritizes security, natural lighting, and ventilation, while also offering shade and weather protection where feasible. Features include a lift, an open staircase, and façade screening for half of the structure, with a façade design aimed at enhancing the local amenity and presenting an occupied appearance.
