In collaboration, FineForm and Perkins constructed the new headquarters for the West Coast Eagles at Mineral Resources Park, crafting a cutting-edge facility that serves both the team’s training and administrative needs also fostering community engagement with the use of the public café and ovals for the Lathlain community.
Designed to boost the club’s efficiency and performance, the facility includes top-tier amenities such as a gymnasium, sports science area, indoor training hall, and a specialized aquatic recovery hall, alongside spaces for team interaction like classrooms, sensory theatre and an amphitheatre.
This multifunctional building merges advanced technology with classic sports training approaches, offering a comprehensive suite of services that support player rehabilitation, health and wellness, game strategy analysis, and media operations.
Furthermore, the facility proudly hosts the Wirrpanda Foundation, which plays a crucial role in offering essential services and support to Indigenous Australian communities.
